Cold Central Plant Recycling (CCPR)

The pavement is reclaimed at site and then stockpiled. The reclaimed pavement materials are then characterized by laboratory tests and re-blended in a dedicated plant with water, ADstab® emulsion and other additives such as Portland cement. After blending, the mixture is then transported to the job site for paving application.

Pavement Rehabilitation can be done with cold techniques involving special bitumen emulsions such as CIR (Cold In-place Recycling) and CCPR (Cold Central Plant Recycling).
